Mohawk , is an Iroquois language in the Northeast Woodlands. It is the most spoken of the Six Nations languages spoken by approximately 3000 people, half in Canada and half in the state New York live, which is about 15% of the Mohican population.
The Iroquoian language is divided into the northern languages and the southern languages.
